Refund policy

 NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:

• Changes of mind
• Ordering the wrong item, color, size, style, or quantity
• Items that do not fit as expected
• Minor color or appearance differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings
• Sale, promotional, discounted, bundled, or special-offer products
• Refused, unclaimed, or returned-to-sender packages
• Orders submitted with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at hey@shopayuno.com within 7 days of delivery.

Your email must include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the product, packaging, and issue

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or after the 7-day reporting period may not qualify for assistance.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution. Please do not return any products without receiving authorization from our customer support team.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Orders begin processing shortly after they are submitted. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed after it has been placed. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
